Esther graduated with an Honours degree in History from Delhi University, and obtained a Masters degree in Sociology from the Manipal Centre for Philosophy and Humanities. Prior to working in TYPF, Esther has worked in education as a Research Assistant in CORD (Collaborative Research and Dissemination), where she was involved in both quantitative and qualitative fieldwork in Haryana, Maharashtra and Delhi. Esther's work in communications requires her to work across programmes at TYPF, manage TYPF's online presence, and coordinate on-ground campaigning in order to advocate for women and youth rights across multiple media with diverse stakeholders. Esther also coordinates the Mental Health programme, 'Paagal Hai Kya?', a pilot programme in New Delhi.
