Neha comes with extensive experience in working in community mobilisation and engagement, especially with young people from urban slum areas. A trained facilitator, she has a diploma in Computers and has trained with CREA on understanding gender and sexuality. She is currently completing her Masters in Sociology from IGNOU.
At TYPF, she oversees the Blending Spectrum programme in the National Capital Region where she works with adolescent and youth leaders who have been part of the organisation’s community programmes for 6 years or more. The programme focuses on enhancing their learning and leadership opportunities and increasing their professional exposure and employment. In addition to this, Neha is also a part of the Hindi translation team at TYPF and is responsible for ensuring that that material developed for adolescents is youth-friendly.
