Neha oversees TYPF’s Community Leadership programme in the National Capital Region where she works with adolescent and youth leaders who have been part of TYPF’s community programmes for 5 years and more, focusing on enhancing their learning and leadership opportunities and increasing their opportunities for professional exposure and employment. As a part of Blending Spectrum, Neha also supports adolescents and young people in Nizamuddin in leading campaigns with key stakeholders on ensuring hygiene and first aid in the community. She also supervises a Waste Management programme led by Community Leaders in Sunder Nagar Nursery. Neha is part of the Hindi translation team at TYPF to ensure that IEC material developed for adolescents is youth-friendly. She has trained with CREA on understanding gender and sexuality and is currently in her Bachelors of arts in sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. A trained facilitator, Neha has a diploma in Computers and is keen to do more work in the areas of child rights, gender based violence, Violence Against Women and Human Rights.
